The loss of Ben Gordon has been alot bigger then i thought thus far but it is early, gotta give this thing some time. Derrick Rose isnt playing as good as i expected but maybe its because hes banged up, on the bright side Luol Deng has played good coming back from his injury.

The Bulls are really missing Ben Gordon especially late in games. Derrick Rose hasnt looked anything like the guy we saw in the playoffs, maybe it’s because hes playing hurt but he needs to get right for this team to be what we expected.

Trade idea 1 – Bulls trade Kirk Hinrich and Tyrus Thomas to the Jazz for Carlos Boozer and Ronnie Price

Trade idea 2 – Bulls trade Kirk Hinrich and Tyrus Thomas to the Hornets for David West and James Posey (the bulls add a pick if they have to)

The Bulls will miss the instant offense Ben Gordon provided last season but the return of Luol Deng should make up for some of that. Derrick Rose has great court vision but he must cut down on the turnovers this season and must work at being a threat from the perimeter. The Bulls will have trouble handling teams with a strong inside game, Joakim Noah and Tyrus Thomas must be more consistent this season. The Bulls have a strong back court, proven wing players and potential for growth inside, i just dont think they have a coach who can get the best out of them.
